Animal Spirits Knowledge Cards The Animal Spirits Knowledge Cards are a collection of 48 paintings of animal spirit beings, by Susan Seddon Boulet (who also created the Goddess Knowledge Cards).

Animal Wise Tarot There is not a human image in the Animal Wise Tarot. Each card has a centred photograph of an individual animal in a natural setting. The border is wide, pink and decorative and contains a phrase conveying the meaning of the card. The suits have been renamed to Ancients, Winged Ones, Four-Leggeds and Shapeshifters.

Animals Divine Tarot The Animals Divine Tarot has been entirely created by Lisa Hunt, artist of the Shapeshifter and Celtic Dragon Tarot decks. The major arcana and court cards depict watercolour images of animal gods and goddesses, while the suit cards are associated with animals, birds, reptiles and insects of the water, air, earth and fire.

Australian Animal Tarot A wholly Australian tarot deck, each of the 78 cards in the Australian Animal Tarot has a different animal, bird, reptile or insect illustrated in lifelike detail. A gemstone and four keywords are also associated with each card. Suit elements have also been changed - Wands are Earth, Swords are Fire and Pentacles are Air.

Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot The Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot is one-of-a-kind. Three elements: real cats of all colours and breeds, gorgeous Baroque costumes, and a luxurious European environment, have been digitally blended into a workable Tarot deck for all cat lovers.

Chat du Marseille Tarot The Chat du Marseilles Tarot is a trumps-only deck drawn in French style, based on the 1761 Conver Marseilles. It's quite traditional but for one thing - instead of humans, there are cats!

Crow's Magick Tarot The Crow's Magick Tarot is the second deck created by artist Londa. The cards have a very dark feel, probably because most of the scenes have a black background. I'm not sure how the symbols relate to traditional tarot, but the images are powerful.

Dog Tarot Built more on a love of dogs than a knowledge of tarot, the Dog Tarot deck corresponds different breeds of dog with the major arcana cards. Still in progress.

Dog Wisdom Cards The Dog Wisdom Cards are twin to the Cat Wisdom Cards, and each card features cute puppies of all shapes and sizes photographed on a white background. The cards have keyword titles. From Australian deck creator Toni Carmine Salerno.

Dolphin Daze Tarot The Dolphin Daze Tarot is a pleasant black-and-white illustrated Tarot celebrating the artist's love of dolphins. The 78 original paintings show dolphins in representation, in fantasy, and in their environment.

Druid Animal Oracle The Druid Animal Oracle has nicely drawn and detailed pictures of animals familiar to the Druids, each symbolic of particular attributes such as the Dragon. A thorough knowledge of British landscapes, flora and fauna would be helpful in interpretation, but it's a gorgeous deck.

Fantastic Menagerie Tarot The Fantastic Menagerie Tarot has original artwork based on 19th century drawings by French artist, J. J. Grandville. The witty, detailed cards are based on the Rider-Waite pattern and feature fantastical human-like animals. Another deck from the very talented combination of Karen Mahony and Alex Ukolov from baba studio.

Fantastical Creatures Tarot The Fantastical Creatures Tarot has 78 cards of mythical creatures, fantasy animals and legendary races, painted in watercolours in Lisa Hunt's beautiful and detailed style. It's based on the Rider-Waite, but in this deck Swords are associated with Fire and Wands with Air.

Feral Tarot The Feral Tarot is a lovely photographic deck of 22 cards, which draws inspiration from the animal world rather than the traditional tarot symbols.

Ferret Tarot The Ferret Tarot is an amusing, unique and readable Tarot focusing on the perspective and life of the ferret. The symbolism of the 78 cards is loosely based on the Rider-Waite. Printed in black and white on non-laminated card.

Hawaiian Oracle The Hawaiian Oracle has very pretty cards of the animal spirits of Hawaii, drawing on the Hawaiian mythology and traditions. There are 36 cards and a 144-page guidebook with explanations.

i Cani The "i Cani" deck has 22 major arcana cards and is wholly devoted to dogs of different breeds in Tarot poses. It's a limited edition Tarot, with unlaminated cardboard cards printed in black and white.

Magical Menagerie The Magical Menagerie has 42 cards featuring real and mythical animals from Greek and Celtic legend. A deck for self-exploration, problem-solving, magic and divination.

Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle Cards Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle Cards are another 44-card oracle set from Doreen Virtue. The cards are designed to be easy to use and feature pretty illustrations above inspirational quotes.

Magical Unicorns Oracle The Magical Unicorns Oracle is a positive set of 44 cards, for people of all ages. It's cards are based on the mythical unicorn and Pegasus legend and have finely detailed illustrations.

Medicine Cards Discover power through the ways of animals, using traditional Native American animal associations. The Medicine Cards feature a nice cameo of the particular animal, but are a little on the plain side.

Medieval Cat Tarot The Medieval Cat Tarot is an elegant deck of aristocratic felines in Renaissance dress and style. The 78 cards have traditional roots but have been updated and simplified in symbolism, making it suitable for beginners and the more experienced reader.

Nahualli Animal Oracle The Nahualli Animal Oracle is a serious oracle deck honouring animal energies, and their links with Aztec religion and civilisation. The artwork on the 39 cards is in primitive style.

Pet Owners Tarot According to the Pet Owner's Tarot (which is really an oracle deck), happiness is a pig in mud, and wisdom is an owl perched in a tree. A cute deck, which is unfortunately very difficult to find.

Power Animal Oracle The Power Animal Oracle is a positive deck of 40 cards designed to connect you to the animal spirit guides in your life. The art is attractive and close to life in its depictions of the animals.

Shapeshifter Tarot Shapeshifting is the taking on of animal identity during trance. The Shapeshifter Tarot is a beautifully mystical and expressive deck from a very talented artist, depicting a system with its roots in Paganism and European shamanism.

Spirit of the Wheel Meditation Deck The Spirit of the Wheel Meditation Deck combines a study of the Native American medicine wheel with softly coloured, visionary artwork. It has 40 cards illustrated with animal scenes (and some people) along with keywords, and is designed for meditation, affirmations and self-growth.

Sylph Tarot The Sylph Tarot is a butterfly-themed deck with beautiful, ethereal images drawn freehand in pencil. The major arcana are complete and available as a limited edition set, though the minor arcana are still being created.

Taro Gatti i Taro Gatti is a 22-card Italian deck, from a paper company in Perugia. Cats are the theme and have also become the Tarot symbols in several cards. The artwork is black, white and red printed on thick, strong uncoated cardboard and is quite appealing.

Tarocco degli Animali The Tarocco degli Animali is one of Menegazzi's many creations, this one devoted entirely to animals. The major arcana and court cards each feature a different animal, from cat the giraffe, while the pip cards all depict a motif of the same animal for each suit.

Tarot du Chat This is a 78 card French Tarot devoted to, what else, cats! The tarot scenes in the Tarot du Chat are European style, and instead of humans they feature regular and anthropomorphised cats.

Tarot for Cats The Tarot for Cats shows cats instead of humans to illustrate the cards, of which there is only the major arcana. The Hanging Cat is a particular favourite of mine... I could just about frame these cards.

Tarot of Reincarnation The Tarot of Reincarnation is a rather non-traditional deck, having more in common with playing cards than tarot cards. Each card is pictured by an attractive and real-looking image of an animal, which seem linked with the major arcana but less so with the minor arcana.

Tarot of the Animal Lords Featuring human figures with the heads of anthropomorphised animals, the Tarot of the Animal Lords cards are more charming than they sound. The animals chosen are from all over the world and include African elephants, European badgers, Australian, sea horses, birds, even a few insects.

Tarot of the Cat People Cats of all varieties, including lions and leopards, accompany the colourful Cat People in this deck for all those cat lovers out there. The artwork in the Tarot of the Cat People is beautifully done.

Tarot of the White Cats The Tarot of the White Cats is very much in the tradition of the Rider-Waite Tarot - except for the blue-eyed, white cats drawn in the cards, instead of people. The symbolism is standard and non-threatening enough for use for the Tarot beginner.

Three Cats Tarot Digitally published, the Three Cats Tarot was inspired by the creator's three cats. The cards show partly human, partly feline people along with the standard Rider-Waite Tarot symbology.

Vulpine Tarot The Vulpine Tarot is a 78-card fantasy tarot deck centred around anthropomorphic red foxes. Some of the visual interpretations, drawn in Photoshop and with an anime feel, are very loosely based on the Witches Tarot, while other visuals are completely original. The full deck is still in progress.

Wisdom of the Australian Animals Deck From common animals such as the kangaroo and wombat, to the little-known potoroo and quoll, a wide range of birds, mammals and reptiles can be found in this unique oracle deck. Each card in the Wisdom of the Australian Animals Deck shows one animal, with keywords and rune, astrological, and crystal correspondances in the border. Now out of print, but re-created as the Australian Animals Tarot.

Wolf Pack Tarot The Wolf Pack Tarot, previously a black and white illustrated semi-tarot deck, has now been published in a full-colour 78 card edition picturing illustrations of the wolf in its nature world. The keywords, listed at the top of each card, are reputed to be all you need to understand the deck.

Wolf Song Cards The Wolf Song Cards have a Native American theme and features 60 attractive paintings of animals from Northern America in their natural settings. Available as cards-only or as a book set.
