Problems finding, downloading or opening your eBook? Read on.

I haven't received my download link.

Check the spam folder in your email program. The email with your download link may have been filtered into it accidentally.

How do I download the eBook to my computer?

Click your download link, then save the file to a location on your computer's hard drive.

I can't open the eBook on my computer.

Make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. It's a free program for viewing PDF documents, the file format of your eBook. Download Adobe Reader here.

How do I download the eBook to my iPad or iPhone?

While using your iPad or iPhone, click the download link and open the PDF file in Safari. Tap the document to bring up the 'Open in..' button in the top right corner.

Then, choose 'Open in iBooks', 'Open in Adobe Reader', or 'Open in Kindle' to read the eBook in your preferred app.

Where do I get Adobe Reader for my iPad or iPhone?

Search for Adobe Reader from the App Store on your device, or download it via iTunes here. It's a free app either way.

How do I read the eBook on my Android device?

Download the free Adobe Reader app from Google Play here. It's the best way to view PDF documents like our eBooks.

How do I download the eBook to my Kindle?

First, download the eBook to your computer, then transfer the eBook to your Kindle via USB. There are step-by-step instructions for how to do this here.
