By applying to be a subscriber, you agree to these terms:

• Due to the nature of forum subscriptions, once payment has been made no refunds are possible.



• You are 14 years or older.



• You abide by the Aeclectic Tarot Forum Rules and Posting Guidelines.



• You agree to be the sole owner of your subscription. You may not transfer or sub-license your subscription.



• Aeclectic Tarot Forum features are provided 'as is'. Use of the forum software and its features at your own risk.



• Subscriber accounts may be revoked if these terms and conditions are violated.



• These Terms and Conditions may change at any time.

By registering and posting as a standard member, you also agree to these terms:

• You will treat other members with respect. There are people of all ages, nationalities, cultures, and religions. Not everyone is a native English speaker. Open discussions are encouraged, but tolerance and civilised behaviour is essential.



• You will not post any messages that are knowingly false or misleading, obscene, profane, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, invasive of someone's privacy, or otherwise violative of any laws. Nor will you post messages designed to provoke a negative response, or insult, attack, harass or flame other forum users.



• Messages, information or content may not be copied or distributed elsewhere without the permission of the original author and the forum administration. Copying text or images without permission is a violation of copyright.



• Although the administrators and moderators of Aeclectic Tarot Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Aeclectic Tarot Forum or Jelsoft Enterprises Limited (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.



• The owners of Aeclectic Tarot Forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason, without notice.

The Aeclectic Tarot Forum:

• Agrees that personal information collected in the signup process is used solely to process payment and maintain accounts for the membership subscriptions. Aeclectic Tarot does not distribute individually identifiable information to third parties.



• Makes no warranties about our forum system, including warranties about uninterrupted website use, accurate and reliable information, errors in software and cookies, reliability of advice given on the forum.



• Reserves the right to alter, discontinue, suspend or delete accounts temporarily or permanently. We may also add new subscriber features or modify existing subscriber features at any time.
