Description & Meaning
The King of Cups, sometimes known as the Fire of Water, stands silent wearing a regal robe
of gold, extracted from the sea. He is quiet, pensive, glowing with the fire of water listening
to his own conscience. The glow of his spirit radiates intensely, but the mask of his control
allows him to rule his emotions He is in control of the ebb and flow of the watery essence of
life. The cup, hewn from radiant rock, represents the quantum energy potential, spilling the
life essence into the sea, in a continuation of the great river of spirit. Over the scene is the eye
of the universe watching all. This scene is meant to be representative of the endless flow of
time, consciousness, and water
