Artist's Bio
I was born in Syracuse, NY in 1966 & spent 28 years there, barring when I
went to college, at Swain School of Design in New Bedford, MA, which is
now part of U-Mass Dartmouth. I received a BFA in oil-painting. After
that, as I said I returned to Syracuse until my parents moved to Sullivan
Cty. in PA; I returned for another 2 1/2 years, then left for DC to live
with my sister. I left DC after 4 years for Sayre, PA, an hour away from
my parents, where I am pursuing painting full-time with an ambition to
become a known professional.
I am bi-polar; this has impacted my life in both positive & negative ways,
but I have found great inspiration in my visions.
I have been reading the Tarot since the age of 12; I am almost entirely
self-taught, but feel that I have hit my professional stride on Kasamba,
the "Expert Site", where I am a regular reader and a well-liked one, I am
pleased to say!
I have my own deck upon which I am working; it is called the "Ancient
Celtic Tarot" (the OTHER "ACT"! ;) ), which I am very close to finishing &
self-publishing.
All in all, I feel that my 40's will be by far my most fulfilling &
satisfying decade yet both personally and professionally; may I find that
this card becomes reality for me!
