A young girl sits on a rock by the sea. Behind her, the cup of the night is poured. One great star among the many stars shines its light on the girl.
The young girl stands for the naiveté associated with a certain innocence, like in children - a open willingness to belief and wonder. This was enhanced by the balloon she holds and the red mary janes she wears. She sits on a rock amidst the soft lulling of the waves. Yet for all the roar of the sea, it is not turbulent. She may be a child, a girl, or a muse. Her very image amongst the gentle waves may inspire. In contrast with the night, her golden hair holds the shine of the morning sun, hinting at the promise of a good morrow. Behind her, the cup of the night is poured and stars are embraced by the sky - and abound in profusion. One great star stands out and shines its light upon the girl. It is her star, her starlight wishes kept in a bottle and tossed at sea, and reached the height of heavens. Her wish among other wishes, her hopes amongst the prayers of the world. The stars are green, inspired primarily from the book The Great Gatsby, where the main character watches a green light from across the bay, symbolizing his hopes and dreams and that which his inspiration is founded upon.
This interpretation refers to faith and hope. A pregnant anticipation. Promise, and inspiration.

Me? Right now I’m just weary of and in my solitude at the moment.
