Labyrinth Tarot

The Labyrinth Tarot is an art deck from Luis Royo, creator of the Black Tarot. The major arcana are finely detailed monochromatic art pieces, while the minor arcana suits of Wands, Pentacles, Cups and Spades are decorated pip cards.

Lakota Sweat Lodge Cards

The spiritual teachings of the Native American Sioux tribe are the focus of the 50 Lakota Sweat Lodge Cards, which are suited more for self-discovery than divination. The deck was inspired by the sacred Inipi, an ancient Lakota sweat lodge ceremony, used for healing and purification.

Language of Flowers Tarot

The Language of Flowers Tarot is an unpublished, in-progess deck of 78 cards that weaves card meanings together with folk sentiments given to plants and flowers. The cards are illustrated with real flowers photographed on a pale background.

Langustl Tarot

The Langustl Tarot has 78 bold, high-contrast acrylic paintings of the Tarot energies, simplified and lively expressions of form and colour. This striking deck is illustrated using the visual language of fairy tales and children's storybooks, bringing a similar feel to the cards. The deck is complete and due to be published in 2008.

Lars-Kristian Holmsen Tarot

The Lars-Kristian Holmsen Tarot is a 78-card deck that simply goes by the name of 'tarot', published in Norway. The art is stark, with very colourful elements on a dark purple background, and pip style minor cards.

Le Carte delgi Elfi

Another Celtic Oracle Deck, le Carte degli Elfi features faeries in luminous, misty pastel watercolours. Despite the Italian title of the deck, the card titles are mostly in English.

Le Macchine di Leonardo

Le Macchine di Leonardo is a majors-only Tarot deck in Italian. The rectangular cards are non-standard, with inset images of Leonardo da Vinci's machines, inventions, and creations matched to the 22 Tarot cards.

Le Millenaire Tarot de Marseilles

Le Millenaire Tarot de Marseilles is a modern tribute to the Marseilles tradition, and specifically to Nicholas Conver and the Marteau and Grimaud decks. Chris always saw the Marseilles decks as being witty and subversive, and his deck reflects this - it 'follows the basic tradition but has enough deviations, omissions, additions and eccentricities to infuriate the purist!'

Le Tarots Marseille de Jean Dodal

The Jean Dodal Tarot is a Marseilles-style Tarot, a modern restoration of the 22 Dodal trumps from 1712. Jean-Claude Flornoy, a French Tarot historian, restored the deck.

Lebanese Tarot

The Lebanese Tarot sprang from the artist's love of her country, and desire to pass on the Lebanese tradition and folklore through her detailed paintings. The deck is majors only and has 22 luminous, realistically painted cards.

Legend: Arthurian Tarot

As the title suggests, the Legend: Arthurian Tarot is based on the myth of the Dark Age King Arthur, and his fabled court at Camelot. Each card has misty artwork surrounded by a grey border, and corresponds to a character from the legend.

Les Adorables Tarot

Les Adorables has thin, long cards illustrated in a cute watercolour anime style. It's majors only but has 23 cards - the extra is the Happy Squirrel card, made famous by 'The Simpsons'.

Liber T: Tarot of Stars Eternal

The Tarot of Stars Eternal is a reworking of the Aleister Crowley Thoth Tarot by Dante Tarot artist Andrea Serio. The majors are very similar to Crowley's Thoth, but the minors have been expanded and have an emphasis on Decans.

Light and Shadow Tarot

The Light and Shadow Tarot is a black and white deck symbolising contrast and balance, and inspired by a number of spiritual traditions, including Native American, African, East Indian and Medieval European.

Lilibel Tarot

A very striking unpublished, but complete, tarot deck of 22 cards. The Lilibel Tarot cards have a black background and strongly coloured scenes, with gold titles printed in Spanish.
